Teams of associates from North America Mobility will compete to get active, support each other in shedding those extra pounds and building healthy habits that last. The challenge combines teamwork, accountability, and fun activities over a 12-week competition!

Weigh-In Information

Weigh-ins take place every 4 weeks, either onsite at Ki Mobility or virtually.

Challenge Timeline

Week 1 (01/05/26 - 01/09/26) - Kickoff & Initial Weigh-In
Week 4 (02/02/26 - 02/06/26) - Weigh-In #2
Week 8 (03/02/26 - 03/06/26) - Weight-In #3
Week 12 (04/30/26 - 05/03/26) - Final Weigh-In & Awards

Ki Mobility Onsite Weigh-In

All onsite weigh-ins will be performed in the onsite Anovia clinic.

  1. To schedule your weigh-in, please contact the Anovia onsite nurse, Lynn Rettler, by text at 715-260-2282 or by email at lrettler@anoviahealth.com.

  2. Clinic hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30am to 4:30pm

  • Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm

 

Participants will have the entire week to complete their weigh-in.

Virtual Weigh-In

Participants must submit two photos to wellness.na@kimobility.com:

  1. Photo of your scale display showing:

  • Your weight

  • The week’s keyword written on a piece of paper

  • Your feet on the scale

  1. Photo of you holding a piece of paper with that week's keyword visible

 

A unique keyword will be provided at the beginning of each weigh-in week via email. Participants will have the entire week to complete their weigh-in.

How Winners are Determined

The Anovia nurse will maintain a private, secure tracking spreadsheet. At the end of Week 12, the onsite nurse will determine the winners based on the percentage of total weight loss.

 

Awards Include:

  • Top Team (highest percentage total loss)

  • Top 3 Individual Winners (highest percentage total loss)

Mini Wellness Challenge Schedule & Details

WEEK 1-2

"Healthy Meal Swap"

MINI CHALLENGE

Make a healthier meal swap for breakfast, lunch or dinner, for 5 days.

PROOF OF COMPLETION

Email a minimum of 5 photos of your healthy meals with this week’s challenge keyword to wellness.na@kimobility.com.

WEEK 3-4

"Declutter"

MINI CHALLENGE

Organize One Space (desk, pantry, car, closet, ext.)

PROOF OF COMPLETION

Email a before and after photo with this week’s challenge key word to wellness.na@kimobility.com.

WEEK 5-6

"Get Out and Walk"

MINI CHALLENGE

Walk with a Friend, walk on a trail, take a hike, etc.

PROOF OF COMPLETION

Email a photo on your walk with this week’s challenge key word to wellness.na@kimobility.com.

WEEK 7-8

"Acts of Kindness"

MINI CHALLENGE

Do one kind thing for a coworker for 5 days. Doesn't have to be the same coworker each day.

PROOF OF COMPLETION

Record who the coworker was, what kind thing you did, how it made you feel, email all info to wellness.na@kimobility.com.

WEEK 9-10

"Try Something New"

MINI CHALLENGE

Make one new healthy recipe and share the results! 

PROOF OF COMPLETION

Email snap shots of step counter for each day of the week to wellness.na@kimobility.com.

WEEK 11-12

"Move More"

MINI CHALLENGE

Walk or run 10,000 steps a day for 7 days.

Every two weeks, participants will receive a new optional Mini Wellness Challenge! Each completed challenge earns one entry into the Mini Wellness Challenge Drawing.

⭐ More completed challenges = more chances to win!

To receive credit:

  • Participants must submit proof to wellness.na@kimobility.com

  • If a keyword is required, it must be provided. Keywords will be sent via email at the beginning of each challenge week.  

Mini challenge key words will be different from the virtual weigh-in keywords.
