Where can I find the catered lunch schedule?

I'd like to attend a catered lunch. What do I need to do?
Registration is required for each meal date you want to attend. See the information below on where and how to register.
Where can I register?
You can complete the registration process on your computer, laptop or device. There is a link to the Catered Lunches page in the monthly Catered Lunch email and a button for Catered Lunch on the KiNet homepage. You can also register on the tablets available in the Main Cafeteria, at the Front Desk and in the Human Resources Office.
How do I register?

Go to the Catered Lunches page.

Choose the date you want to register for and click on the Register Here button.

Review the information specific to that lunch, then click on the RSVP button.

Complete the short registration form. You will need to enter your first and last name, email address, badge number and select the meal you want from the listed options. Then click Submit.

You will receive an email confirmation for that specific date.

Repeat the process for additional dates you wish to attend.

Bring your badge when you attend each Catered Lunch.
Where can I find my Badge ID Number?
Your Badge ID Number can be found on the front of your ID badge, beneath your name and above the QR code. Please use this number when registering for a catered lunch.
Where is my meal ticket?
Your badge is your meal ticket. Please bring it with you when attending all catered lunches. Before you receive your lunch, your badge will be scanned to verify that you are registered for that meal. If you registered for the lunch but your badge is not accepted in the meal line, please visit the Front Desk.
I forgot my badge on the day I'm registered for a catered lunch. What do I do?
Before the meal begins, talk to someone at the Front Desk for assistance.
I registered for a gluten-free or vegetarian meal. What do I need to do?
When you scan your badge for the lunch, let the server know which meal you registered for.
How do I pay for my lunch?
Ki typically pays for half of your catered lunch and the other half is deducted from your paycheck. If there is a charge for a meal, it will be included in each meal description on the Catered Lunches page and at the top of each Registration Form.
I didn't register for a lunch. Can I still eat?
No, you cannot eat a meal you are not registered for, including meals with no cost. If you want a meal, you are required to register by noon on the Tuesday before that lunch. If you need assistance registering, please email news@kimobility.com or talk to someone at the Front Desk.
I won't be present for a meal I registered for. Will I still be charged?
If your plans change and you can no longer attend a meal you registered for, please email news@kimobility.com as soon as possible, or speak to someone at the Front Desk.
