Prize Raffle
When you check in at the Registration tent, you will receive an envelope with your wristbands and your raffle ticket, with your name already printed on the front. Drop it into the fishbowl at the Prize Table under the Prize & Bingo Tent. You must be present at the picnic to win. Names will be drawn at 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM. Winners' names will be posted by the prize area. If your name is drawn, you can select an item from the prize table anytime before 7:00 PM. Prizes are first come, first served. Please see the prize table attendant after selecting your prize. 

 

Inflatables & Activities
At this year’s picnic, we have inflatables for all ages. Take the little ones to the My Little Farm toddler zone, the Disney Princess Castle, and the Justice League bounce house. Older kids and kids-at-heart will enjoy the Climbing Wall, Trampoline High Jump, and the 95-foot Radical Run Obstacle Course. Feeling competitive? Grab an opponent and visit the Sumo Wrestling Ring, the Dodgeball court, and the Mini Golf Course. Please note that children must be supervised at all times.

Artists and Performers

Guests of all ages will enjoy the playful atmosphere created by our talented artists, including caricaturists, face painters, a henna artist, and balloon twisters. And our roaming characters will be on-the-move, so have your cameras ready for a photo op!

 

Axe Throwing
Unleash your inner lumberjack at the Section 715 axe throwing station! Compete against your family or coworkers. Throwers are required to sign a Waiver of Liability. Minimum throwing age is 8, provided they can throw a hatchet, as judged by the vendor’s Axe-perts. Throwers ages 16 and under must have an adult (18+ years old) with them. No open toed shoes are permitted.

 

Live Music

Don't miss out on the chance to relax and enjoy some great tunes. Bring your chairs or picnic blanket and grab a spot to soak up the sounds of the Cat 5 band, featuring your musically-talented coworkers! We'll have plenty of shade available, so come prepared to kick back and enjoy some amazing music from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM.​

Bingo
Join us under the Prize & Bingo Tent for two fun-filled rounds of Bingo at 3:30 PM and 6:00 PM! Associates and their guests are all welcome to play. Cool off in the shade while enjoying a few good games and the chance to win small prizes.

Cornhole Tournament

Get ready for some friendly competition at this year’s Cornhole Tournament! Associates and their guests are all welcome to play. Teams can be made up of any combination of associates and/or guests. First games will start between 3:30 and 4:30 PM. Be sure to sign up by August 13th on the Cornhole Tournament page to secure your spot!
