What is the Holiday Celebration?
The Holiday Celebration is a business social event where you can gather with your fellow associates to look back at the successes of the past year and celebrate the new year.
Where is the celebration being held?
In the SentryWorld Fieldhouse at 601 Michigan Ave N. in Stevens Point.
Schedule of Events:
5:30 PM – Check in, social hour and cocktails
6:30 PM – Dinner is served
7:30 PM – Announcements and awards,
followed by music, games, and prize raffles
10:00 PM – Final raffle drawings and evening concludes
Who is invited?
All Ki associates are invited to attend, including one guest who must be at least 16 years old.
How do I register?
All associates need to register for this event on the Ki Events site. Visit the Registration page to complete and submit the short form. If you need help registering, please visit the Front Desk.
WHAT TO EXPECT
What is the dress code?
The Holiday Celebration is an opportunity to dress up for an enjoyable evening with your fellow associates. Attendees are asked to wear business casual attire, at a minimum.

​What can I expect at check in?
Enter using the Atrium entrance, and proceed to the check in tables, where you will pick up your envelope containing your years of service ribbon, drink tickets, raffle tickets, and a card to save your dinner seat.
Will alcohol be served?
Each dinner guest age 21 and older will receive 2 drink tickets good for a limited selection of mixed drinks, beer, and wine. Additional drinks can be purchased at the regular price. The bartenders will be carding, so be prepared to show your ID. Associates are reminded that this is a business event and to conduct themselves accordingly. If you feel you need a safe ride home, please ask an Admin team member or one of the bartenders. Non-alcoholic drinks will be available all evening at no cost.
What’s for dinner?
On the registration form, you will be asked for your choice of the three meal options below. If you have special dietary needs, please include them in the provided form field, or you can email news@kimobility.com. Please note that your meal choice cannot be changed after January 15th, and cannot be changed at the event.

American Wagyu Petite Sirloin - Back by popular demand! An eight ounce sirloin, cooked medium-rare and laced with wild mushroom shallot demi-glace. Served with asparagus and truffle parmesan mashed potatoes. (Gluten-free)

Chicken Dijonaise - Amish chicken breast pan-seared, finished with artichoke hearts, roasted mushrooms, and a chardonnay-Dijon mustard cream. Served with asparagus and truffle parmesan mashed potatoes. (Gluten-free)

Northwoods Stuffed Pepper - Wild rice medley and heirloom potato set atop a romesco sauce with roasted fennel. Served with asparagus and vegan potatoes. (Vegan and gluten-free)​
PRIZES & ENTERTAINMENT
How does the prize raffle work?
Approximately 45 prizes will be given away between 3 drawings at 8:00, 9:00 and 10:00 PM. All associates will receive one ticket. Additional tickets will be given for each quarter of perfect attendance and for a year of perfect attendance, for a potential maximum of 6 tickets. These tickets will be included in your check in envelope. Check that your name is correctly printed on the tickets and deposit them in the raffle bowl. Names will be drawn and winners announced on the hour. You will have until the next prize drawing to visit the prize table to pick out your prize. You must be present to win, and are limited to one of the 45 prizes.

How does the Golden Ticket Raffle work?
In addition to the regular raffle, there will be a bonus raffle where you can win one of 4 grand prizes! All associates who were employed with Ki on or before 12/31/2023 are eligible for the Golden Ticket Raffle. Each eligible associate will receive one golden ticket in their check-in envelope. Check that your name is correctly printed on the ticket, and deposit it into one of the four raffle bowls, depending on which prize you'd like to win. One grand prize winner will be announced at 8:00 and 9:00 PM, and two winners will be announced at 10:00 PM.

Our Holiday Celebration will be packed with fun and games for everyone to enjoy!

Games
Challenge your friends to a game of cornhole, pool, darts, or ping pong, or test your skills with a giant Jenga showdown. Please refrain from playing games during dinner and the after-dinner presentations.

Golf Simulators
Event attendees will have the chance to enjoy a golf simulator after dinner. Signing up in advance is strongly encouraged by indicating your interest on the holiday celebration registration form or emailing news@kimobility.com. An admin team member will contact you to assist with scheduling a time slot for 1-4 players. Scheduling preference will be based on the date your registration was submitted. Golfers are encouraged to bring their own clubs, though a limited selection of well-used clubs will be available.

Ki Sing Off - Karaoke Competition
Get ready to sing your heart out at our Holiday Celebration Karaoke Competition! Those interested in competing must register in advance on the Ki Events Holiday Celebration Registrations web page, with priority given to associates before guests. When registering, participants will need to submit their first and second song selections. A singing schedule will be posted by the stage at the event, and contestants will battle it out for the coveted golden microphone trophy and ultimate bragging rights!​​
