Who is invited?

All Ki associates are invited to attend with the option to bring one guest, who must be at least 13 years old.  

 

How do I register?

All associates need to register for this event. Click on the "Register Now" button above. Complete and submit the short registration form. If you need help registering, please visit the Front Desk.  You can indicate if you want to bring a guest on the registration form. The cost for a guest will be an additional $31 for their ticket and $32 for their bus fare. Submit your registration by Friday, April 12th.

 

How will I receive my ticket/s?

You will receive your printed ticket/s the day of the game. If you are not riding the bus, contact news@kimobility.com to arrange pickup of your tickets.

Where do associates meet to get on the bus?

The bus will be parked outside the Main Entrance. The bus can be boarded at 10:45 AM and will departing promptly at 11:00 AM. 

 

What to expect on the bus?

There will be a bathroom on the bus that will be accessible to everyone. Associates can bring food, beverages, and coolers on the bus. Coolers brought on the bus  must fit into a bus seat, aisles must remain open. Bigger coolers may be stored in the underneath compartments on the bus. Grills and any glass bottles are not allowed on the bus. You may be able to bring folding chairs to "tailgate" by the bus before the game. More information on this is coming soon.

Estimated time of arrival and time of departure from the field?

The estimated drive time from Ki Mobility to the American Family Field is about 3 hours. We expect to arrive at the field shortly before or after 2PM. For the return trip, the bus will leave 30 minutes after the game is finished. We will arrive back at Ki Mobility at or before 10PM.

What to expect when arriving at the field?

Associates can branch off on their own after arriving at the field. You may stay on the bus until the game starts, or you can enter the field and explore the stadium. You are not required to stay with the group after arriving at the field.

What is allowed to be brought into the stadium?

You may bring clutches/wristlets, clear single-compartment bags, diaper bags, and bags used for ADA or medical reasons. Any bags or luggage larger than 9″ x 5″ x 2″ and all multi-zip or multi-compartment bags are prohibited in the stadium.  

 

How do I pay for the game tickets and guest bus fare? 

The cost of the tickets and bus fare will be paid via payroll deduction.

 

 

​Cancellation Policy

The last date to cancel after registering is February 28th. If you cancel after that date, you will still be charged the full amount. If an associate purchased a guest ticket, and they do not attend, that associate will still be responsible for paying for their own ticket and the guest ticket.
