We're calling on all creative minds at Ki Mobility to design the t-shirt for this year's Company Picnic! Whether your sketch by hand or design digitally, we want to see your vision.

Associate Voting Opens:  Wednesday, May 21st
Winner Announced:  Wednesday, May 28th

Ki Mobility is celebrating it's 20th Anniversary in 2025!
Feel free to incorporate this milestone into your design; though it's completely optional.
Quick Rules
  • You can submit up to 3 entries
  • Designs must be in black & white or grayscale
  • Keep it simple and clear--we must scale to large and small sizes
  • Digital or traditional artwork are welcome
  • Submit your designs to news@kimobility.com or the Front Desk

Colors
The 2025 picnic tees will be a medium red color. The winning logo design will be printed on the tee using white ink.

Complete Rules
  • Participants may submit up to three entries.

  • Logo should be simple and not overly detailed—all elements must remain clear when scaled to smaller sizes.

  • Images must be a minimum of 3 inches squared.

  • Designs must use only black-and-white or gray-scale coloring.

  • Digital entries can be submitted in the following formats:

    • Digital (original, raw file, at least 600dpi, in jpg format

    • Illustrated on A4 size using Adobe Photoshop

    • EPS file using Adobe Photoshop

  • Traditional art entries may be created using pencils, crayons, markers, or paint. Artists may also use computer drawing programs.

  • Judging will be done by associates on the Ki Events site.

  • The winning design may be digitally enhanced or modified as needed.

  • Copyright for the winning design will be assigned to Ki Mobility, granting the company full ownership. The winning designer will waive all trademark and other rights related to the logo.

  • By submitting an entry, designers affirm they are the sole creator and rightful owner of the design. All entries must be original and may not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.
