Now, Ki Mobility is stepping up, and you can be part of the impact through our 2026 Workplace Campaign, running now through Friday, October 16th.
IMPORTANT: You will receive an email from epledge@unitedwaypoco.org on Monday, September 28th. This email contains your personalized link to the online ePledge form, which allows you to pledge your United Way donation via payroll deduction. You can also pledge using the paper forms available in both breakrooms.
How to Pledge & Donate
We’re excited to kick off our annual United Way campaign!
Again this year, you can make your pledge quickly and securely using the United Way ePledge system, a digital platform that allows employees to contribute through payroll deduction, credit card, or other donation methods.
How to Make Your Pledge:

Online: Look out for an email from epledge@unitedwaypoco.org with a personalized link and full instructions.

Paper Form: Prefer a physical form? You can pick one up in either breakroom. Once completed, please return it to the Front Desk.
How to Donate:

Payroll Deduction: You choose how much to give and how often! (No matter the dollar amount).

Credit Card Donation: Make a convenient one-time donation.

Double Raffle Ticket Day:

Monday Only: For every $5 pledged, (via the ePledge system or a paper pledge form), you will receive one raffle ticket.

Participation Raffle Baskets:

All baskets will be on display in the Main Breakroom until the end of the campaign on Friday, October 16th.

For every $10 pledged (via the ePledge system or a paper pledge form), you will receive 1 raffle ticket.

Receive 1 extra ticket for automatic deductions.

Receive 1 extra ticket for participating in a second year in a row.

New participants will be automatically entered into the Great Indoors basket!

NEW* Pay to Pick Your Player:
Associates across the company get the opportunity to choose which leader they want to see compete in a Minute to Win It challenge!
Associates will make a donation to United Way in exchange for votes. The 3 leaders who receive the most votes will participate in the Minute to Win It challenge, creating friendly competition while raising money for a great cause.
Monday, October 5th thru Friday, October 16th
Beer and A Smile:
Place your orders to send a cookie smile and root beer to a coworker. Forms will be available in both breakrooms, a fillable form will be available on KiNet and this site.
NEW* Amazon and A Smile:
Associates can send a personalized virtual appreciation card to another associate along with a $5 Amazon digital gift card. Each gift costs $6, with $1 from every purchase donated to the United Way Campaign.
United Way of Portage County Campaign Sweepstakes
Any United Way of Portage County donor that gives:

First-time gift of $104 or more in 2026 OR an increase of at least $52 over their 2025 campaign gift of $52 or more will be automatically entered into the LIVE UNITED - GIVE UNITED Sweepstakes for ONE HUNDRED chances to win.

First-time gift of $52 or more in 2026 OR is a 2025 donor who continues to give $52 or more in 2025 will be automatically entered into the LIVE UNITED - GIVE UNITED Sweepstakes for 50 chances to win.
