Pumpkin decorators and voters needed!
Event Timeline:
Contest Registration Deadline - Monday, Oct 20th

All associates who wish to compete must register using the form below.
Pumpkin Pickup - Thursday, Oct 23rd - Friday, Oct 24th

Registered associates can pick up their 1 provided pumpkin at the Front Desk.

Pumpkins can be painted, carved, or decorated at home during personal time.
Pumpkin Drop Off - Monday, Oct 27th - Tuesday, Oct 28th

Registered associates must return their completed pumpkin creation at the Front Desk by 9 AM.
Voting Begins - Wednesday, Oct 29th at 8 AM

Decorated pumpkins will be on display in the Main Cafeteria and on the Ki Events site for associate voting.

Associates can vote for one pumpkin in each category on the Ki Events Voting Page, which will be available here when voting begins.
Voting Closes - Friday, Oct 31st at Noon

The winner will be announced on Monday, November 3rd.
REMOTE ASSOCIATES are welcome to participate, but must bring their pumpkin to the Main Office by 9:00 AM on Tuesday, Oct 28th.

Costume Contest
on Halloween (Friday, October 31st)
Dress in your favorite Halloween costume!

Individual and group costumes/themes are welcome

All apparel and props must be work-appropriate and dress code compliant
Have your photo taken

An admin team member will stop by between 9-10 AM to take your photo and enter you in the contest

Remote associates are welcome to send their photos to news@kimobility.com by EOD 10/31/25
Prizes

Will be awarded to the top 5 best costumes, and for the scariest costume and best group costume (7 total prizes)
Winners will be announced on Monday, Nov. 3rd
